Yoga Burn focuses on teaching you yoga poses that are known to increase the overall metabolism of the body. This helps in burning fat while still toning the whole body.
The Program by itself is broken down into three phases – Foundational Flow, Transitional Flow and Mastery Flow. Each of these phases is accompanied by four videos that can be downloaded onto your phone of computer. The follow-along videos are simple enough even for the newest of yoga newbies.
